The White Mountains in New Hampshire feel like home to me with their rocky trails, trailside rushing rivers, and alpine treetops. These trails bring such joy, albeit sore legs (there’s no such thing as a switchback there). There’s beauty in so many corners of the mountains there, and I always find some new place to explore.
